Hurrah for Spring! This picture is of me by our flowering almond. It was transported from the family farm in Indiana to North Carolina. Scenic beauty and memories from our hometown of Houston in Salt Creek Township, surrounded by the Hoosier National Forest. I am a transplanted Hoosier kitty (temporarily), but my heart is in Jackson County, Indiana. This plant helps me not be so homesick.

I plan to Soar in 2024 … and make it back home.
